It’s the 2023 end, but towards goal setting I’ve the same approach, which is setting goals in the form of championship goal.
I’m improving it and building the system so that I came with the monthly report consistently, at the end of every month.
so here is the progress and story.

Mental health:
It’s been good throughout the month. There are a lot of things which disturb and distract me while I am in the present. I noted everything which disturbed me and reflected on every negative thought.
Reflection helps me the most. whenever I face some challenge which has no presence in reality like thinking about passing the exam or about marriage etc. I write down these thoughts in the diary and then start reflecting on them and trying to find the root cause and the solution. Sometimes I take the help of Google to find the answer to problems like why I feel sleepy while studying etc
The problem of the months which I solved:
- I was distracted at the library by certain things, and also I feel frustrated there.
- I struggle in raising my voice where it is must like when someone take my thing without my permission?
- I sabotage myself that you don’t know how to talk? and on lot of things. So by negative self talk I was not able to do waht I want to do and with that I feel frustrated all the time.
Spiritual health:
“How is your relationship with Allah?” this is the question which I love the most.
I don’t do that much to towards spiritiuality. but still i focused on doing somethings on dialy basics. like readin the quran and praying salah.
Salah: From the last week, I’m consistent in praying the salah at time, if by chance I miss it, I pray before going to bed.
Since from 2021, I’ve been tracking the daily salah’. it helps in praying the missed one.
Reciting the Quran: i do it once or twice a day.
I’m consistent in it but yet I didn’t understand the meaning what I read.
Inshallah this year, i’ll learn the arabic langugae and also complete the traslation of quran once. (pray for me)
Physical health:
Fitness:
Gym: it’s been now 6+ months of hitting the gym continuously. it’s the big achievement of this year. (Starting something and then staying to it is the big thing)
learning: I found the new partner and his name is Anmol. As i said earlier,”everyone has their own style of doing the exercise/game”. So his approach is “simple” and i like it. He is good man. I learn a lot from him and also his teaching style suited me.
His mentality: “If you are doing the exercise in a wrong way then it is of no use to increase the weight”. First focus on perfection then increase the weight, till then focus on reps ( high reps = callouse the mind) Also he do the slow game means 1 set of exercise, 2-3 minute of rest so overall we do 2hr of workout.
Strength:
I was more focused on learning and increasing the number of reps. I see a lot of growth and increase in the mental resisitenacne. I’m overcoming the habbit of give up which I do before between the sets.
On bench press, last week I lift 77+ kg ( Highest reps: 4), which is all time higest. On an average i lift 52 ( Highest reps: 17)
On quads: 52+ kg Highest reps: 12
On shoulder: 30+ kg Highest reps: 20
On back barbell: 50+ kg Highest reps: 12
Biceps rod: 20+ kg Highest reps: 12
Triceps : 20+ kg Highest reps: 12
Hamstring: 35+ kg Highest reps: 12
Correct my posture:
I dont see any grwoth in it, may be because I’ve the good posture already ahahahah. but I keep in mind always, chest up chin up.
Health:
It’s not that much good. Somehow I’m taking it lightly by eating the junk food . Still my uric acid level is high. still I’ve the nose bleeding problem.
Headache problem is solved, by not overthinking.
Sleep/woke up time:
there is much more progress in it. I’m not still consistent with sleeping timinig, but I cut down my sleep time from 10-9 to 6-7 hours. Also most of the days I woke up early and prayed the fajr namaz at masjid.
Getting up early is the reason for good mental health.

Academics / Entrance
Academics
Alhamduallah I completed the 5th Semster, 4 is sucessfully completed and 5th result is awaited.
I have been consistent in studying the academicns and all the things throught out the last 2 months 6/days a week. I joined the library last month and it is the reason for being the consistent. I spends on an average 3+ hours dialy.
Entrance :
After discussing with nisa mam, I decided to go for cucet pg (law entrance). It’s not that Idon’t want to study the law but I’m not sure about anythign yet.
So I start preparing for law once again. I watched some lecture of mathamatice, computer and also english grammmer.
Still I’ve 45 days for it fully and for completing the syllabus I recquire the 265 hours. After the 45 days college will start again.
writing:
Morning pages: I’m consist in wriitn the morning 3 pages of 650+ words, still I was not able to maintain the streak.
Blog: I wrote 2-3 times after that I don’t find the time for it.
Newsletter:I started my own newsltter and I post on weekly basic( i stuck in perfection there alos)I started it on 30 nov ( birthday date) and announed on instgram and the subsciriber ocunt isi 19, alhaduallah.
Relationship 🫂
There comes the three type of relationship. I’m giving it much more focus now, because at the end of the day, healthy relationship gives you more stasfaction and happiness.
Relationship with myself:
It’s been good and becoming good day by day.I stop ngative talk with mysefl like I’m not good, i don’t look good and many more. I changed all the negative into positive affirmations.
I stopped hanging out with negative people if by chance I met, I kept in mind my limit. I don’t like to talk with people who are self-obsessed with the negative aspects of their life.
I’m learning how to talk with a person whose views about life are different. Means whose philosophy is different. I like the hard conservations.
In simple, I SLOW DOWN in every aspect of life, i stop taking unneccessary pressure and try to learn and observe every thing, every emotion which comes along the way.
Artist date: I do it on weekly basic which is of course solo date with my pen and diary. In december I do it once.
Relationship with family: I don’t know. it’s same as it was. I’ve many questions about the family realtionships.
I do date with my cousins and big borhter once this month, which is duo date. if you every feel that your realtion is not working smothly then suerly you must go on date with them, it has so much power. just eat something there and don’t try to sovle the issue, simply be open with everything.
Relationship with friends:
After readin it soemwhere, “if you want to know someone, then see how is his realtionship with his old friends?
I connected with all my old friends, still one freinds is left(rabit).
learning cool stuff
There is no such pressure in learning cool things, It is simply those things which gives me extra enjoyment if I learn them.
writing:

At the starting of the month, I started reading the book on writing well, but then I put it aside.
learning website building:
One thing which i learn in website building is how to change the profile picture on your profile.it took me 1 year….hahhah learning typing:
10/30 I do it most of time in the goggle doc or on the notion page. I see alot of growth in my accuracy.
while practice typing speed is 60 + wpm.
learning new language: I’m learnaing the english grammer from the norman lewis book. Also I’m learning to read the urdu through the newspapper.
Reading: ahh when it comes to reading, I’m a weel read person, if i stop wasting my time on phone, then I’ll be the world best reader……………………..
Reading research papers: Since from 2021 I was very curious to learn the thing from the prespective of science and through research paper. But as you know it is hard to find the reserach paper, after finding it is hard them to read becuase of thier length. then it is also hard to store…………problems everywhere,,,,,,,,,, hahahah
so this month I read two research paper:
One is about the smile

Reading newsletter:
I’m consistently reading the newsletter of sahil bloom, I fall in love with his framewrork. Also I read the newsletter of ali abdall, which remember me always that you can create the things in an imperfection way.
Reading the book:
ahhh I read almost but this year i didn’t see any progress when it comes to quantity because I put every book unfinished.
