Ā Itās the report of 2 month goals. Now I’m getting the way in wrirting the goals report and also idea of why I started it.
Most of the things I forgot what I did in the entire months.Ā
My main priority revolves around these three championship goals:
- Health
- Work
- Relationship

Health
š§āāļøĀ Fix my body posture and increase my strengthšļøāāļø
As it is the 6th month of hitting the gym on an average 5 days a week. I don’t see that much transformation in my body, but see alot of improvement in my strength.
I changed my gym partner, it was by default luck. He got the new job at a new place. So I found a new one who is very good and very supportive. I learn a lot from him. He teaches and correct me at every place where I went wrong. His name is Gautum, I call him “Ajoy bhai”.Ā
He acts as a trainer for me. I changed all my exercises because I was doing it the wrong way.
One of my gym partners says like this, ā if there is no pain then there is no gain. Pain is a must. If you feel no pain then change the exerciseāĀ Ā
On leg press I lift: 1.40kgĀ
On quads: 52.5
Back barbell:Ā 52.5
biceps and shoulde: 12.5

šMorning routineĀ
It sucks the most in these 2 months. I became more lazy than Iām.
Most of the times, I woke up after 9 am and sleep at around 12 or 1pm.
I sleep more than 9-10 hours daily which is alarming for me.
Yet Iām not up to the mark of my sleep target.

I do write a morning page daily. Sometimes I skip it due to some issues, otherwise I consistently wrote it in the first activity of the day. it’s like the fuel for the day. it became my defualt habbit. I feel emptiness in the day if I skip it.
It is the activity which keeps me alive and sometimes it is only work which I do in awhole day.Ā Ā
š„°Be more grateful
I write it in my daily morning page daily. I try to write it in the first column of the page.
Sometimes I wrote it in the one day application, but most of the time i forget it.
it’s the acitivity in which i don’t found any benefit yet, that’s why I forget it most of the time.

š£ļøDo more chit-chat with my old friends and family.
With family I tried to talk with them consistently, but honestly im not up to the mark.
I hate to talk with soemone on phone. I met with all of them 2 times in these months for around 1 week.
I skip the old friends part for some personal blurts reasons.Ā
Meeting new peoples and making new connectionsĀ
Fortunately I got the opportunity to meet different people. I learned alot of things and also vanished most of my fears of socializing. Ā
Playing cricket
Itās an activity which I never skip.Ā Ā Ā
I put more focus on my batting, even I was the mvp of the match many times in the chase game. I’m good at playing during the pressure game. I try to play like V. kholi.
In bowling I learned a little bit how to bowl at good length. Iām good at bowling full bowls specially at the death overs.
I’m not the captain of my team anymore. I degrade myself for two reasons one is to give the chance to other players so that they will also learn, 2nd is, as a player, is good to play without any pressure.Ā Ā Ā

Contiously sharing weekly post on ig. Also notice there is not that much benfeit of writing the text on ig post, audience is more intrested in pictures.
Apart from morning page writing, I don’t do any writing work neither I learn it from somewhere. I’m doing the exercise of artist way diary book which I failed 3 times but still I started it again with the new commitment for 90 days.
šAcademicsĀ
Currently, I’m in 5th semester. Itās the last year of b.a so I get one more headache in my head. What next? What’s after ug?
Till now my focus and target is on the law entrance exam.
the end semester exam is ending nov, and yet only prepared 20% of the syllabus. I went to college continuously in the last 2 months and studied all the syllabus through the faculty. I try to make good connection with teachers. With falak mam,, i met two times for some tips and advices(I’m big fan of her). For pg exams I take the help of Nisa mam.
In the last semester I got very low CGPA. Ā Now my target is to get the good marks in 5th and 6th semster so that I’ll get the distiction in overall.
šReadingĀ
I read a lot. It’s not only novels. I read newspaper articles, live law articeles, and also fiction books.Ā
As the falak mam said, “in order to write, read and understand as much as you can”.Ā
In novels I completed the Kobe book who is my favourite atthelite. Book name is kobe mentality.
Also I completed one arranged murder book, apart from that I didn’t remember which book I read.

Learning about muscles anatomyš¶:Ā
Im learning it from youtube where I watch the anatomy video of body.Ā
Learning urdu language:
I was good in reading the urdu till the 10th but after that I lost the touch. Ā
I’m reading the newspaper of urdu kashmir uzma on weekly basic. After readin 2-3 newspaper I got my touch of reading back but still I didnāt understand every word, neither pronounce. Ā
Learning vocabulary
After picking the tough words from newspaper, I write it down in the diary and then using them next day on my morning page
Learning to meet people
Due to the work which I’m doing, I got the chance of meeting the new people. I try to learn everyday from my old mistakes which I do earlier meetup.Ā
Playing with my fears
I try to surpass my fears through my little baby steps.
Fears like talking with strangers, introducing myself to someone etc etc.
